Yup. You see it. It’s the top that everyone has. No, seriously… everyone. The funny thing about this thermal is that I actually tried it on in the store last fall and thought… meh. But then I kept seeing it on my Instagram feed week-after-week and decided to order it and give it another try. I’m glad I did! This one fit perfectly and is so soft and comfy.
Yesterday was a mess. It actually started out decently – we were able to hang out at home most of the morning and I got some stuff done around the house. We headed to Finn’s new preschool he will be starting at in the Fall to take a tour and then went to the co-op to get some groceries.
Well, as soon as we got home, the. shit. hit. the. fan. It was too late to put the kids down for a nap and they were quickly showing how bad of an idea skipping nap time was. Within an hour: Finn had eaten a crayon, Bea was screaming obnoxiously about eeeeverything, and (TMI) I started my period. Fun stuff. Hashtag mom life!
The rest of the night was equally as fun. At least there were no more crayons eaten(!), but lots of tears and parents who missed the days of quiet.
Anyway… look at the way this top drapes! It’s seriously so pretty. I want every color now. It’s one of those shirts that is definitely like “hey, I just threw this on randomly” but looks more like “hey, look how much thought I put into my outfit!” Basically an essential piece for any mom on-the-go 😉
I paired it with my FAVORITE brand/fit of pants ever, these black Hudsons. (the Barbara, which is their high-waisted fit) If you’re into a more affordable price point, these are super similar!) I also wore my Lucky Brand zipper booties, which appear to be sold out but these are similar.
